Customs
Our partners provide excellent freight forwarders who perform custom clearance on imports and exports of our goods. We select freight forwarders who share our philosophy of contributing to a sustainable industry.
 
Preservation
We are experienced in preservation and corrosion protection of our products. Your goods can also be put into standby in our warehouses, during which period they will be preserved for maximal protection.

Situations demanding quick action is our specialty. We are quickly on the spot for necessary maintenance, and we accept all valves and pipe parts for repairs. We have in our network suppliers with well-stocked warehouses, which means that replacement parts can be delivered quickly. We offer a range of additional services, please contact us for more information.

Seat and gasket
If you’re experiencing leaks, we can replace the seat and gasket. In some cases we can weld seat pockets with hard facing like SS316 or Inconel 625 to prolong the product’s life. We can also produce new seats if we have the technical drawings.

Stem and handle extensions
If you need your valves insulated, we can supply new valves or modify existing valves with stem extensions.

Flanges
We can modify existing end connectors on valves, pipes, flanges, tee-pieces etc.

Paint
New and older valves painted according to your needs and specifications.

Thorough testing is crucial for ensuring a long life for products. We perform every kind of necessary testing, and you can observe the tests via video yourself. 
 
Pressure testing
We perform pressure testing of pipes, valves and related equipment based on your standard. The tests are performed with air, gas or fluids, from 0 to 2000 bar / 30,000 psi. We pressure test in the bench or with end connectors, and we have a large selection of weco blind plugs, blind flanges according to API, ANSI, DIN and JIS, as well as blind hubs. The entire test can be read back manually, and is fully documented.
 
Certification/re-certification
We can assist with updating certificates and product approvals for Norwegian drilling rigs. As a drilling customer, you’ll have access to service, repairs and testing based on DNVGL-OSE-101 and DNGGL-RP-E101.
 
Metallography
Our own welding and material engineer is available for quality controls of our products, including material verification, welding procedures and heat treatment.
 
Materials testing and inspection
We have our own level II inspector for liquid dye penetrant (LDP) and magnetic particle inspection (MPI) and use local inspectors for non-destructive testing such as ultrasonic testing (UT), x-ray (RT), positive material identification (PMI)and hardness testing (HT). We use local laboratories for torsion, bend and impact testing (MT), corrosion tests and metallographic examination such as micro and chemical analysis.
